Time to get your festive glow on

With temperatures falling, central heating on full blast and 'only' 33 days until Christmas - now's a great time to give our 30 day radiance challenge a try. And I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach when he was in Edinburgh for a talk on his latest Lean in 15 book tour. Joe was inspiring as always, and I was personally delighted that he referred to me as the 'chocolate lady' and seemed more than happy when I gave him more JustBe Loved - "my favourite chocolate - the best I've ever tasted"
